i am not sure but take a look at the anxietyzone it,s got over 100 Symptoms. just type it in on your phone or laptop. it is good. & it mentions jerks & joilts.. im not worrying over them so don,t u.

Yes I get this from time to time, esp when I'm in bed drifting off to sleep. Don't know what causes it.

Body Jerks I dislike them but they are part of everyday life for me... Give's me an excuss to kick people up the arse..

I get everyday mainly in my right leg but sometimes my whole body.... Harmless that is all I can say.:)
