Dad accident unplugged fridge last night?

My dad made an innocent mistake of taking the fridge plug out instead of his radio last night.
I want a cup of tea and the only milk we have was not chilled last night is it safe to drink or do I live without?
I'm also scared to eat meat and other dairy out the fridge now

Smell it and if it doesn't smell sour it will be fine. The fridge would have stayed cold for a while anyway. Same with meat..if it looks and smells ok it will be.
Many many years ago when I was a child we didn't have a fridge and kept milk in a metal bucket of cold water and meat on a stone shelf (Gosh I feel really really old now!)
