Hello everyone
I've had this problem for a while and it's really annoying me. Logically I know it's because I'm tense and anxious - but it's scary when it happens and I can't 100% accept it won't harm me.
Basically when I'm speaking under pressure - particularly on the phone - it becomes very hard for me to talk. My voice will crack and it sounds strained like when you're about to cry. I also become pretty breathless and get a lot of chest pressure.
I don't see people talking about this much so I'm worried it's a problem unique to me!
anyone felt the same or have any handy tips? :)
