Hi, I recently joined this forum looking for help and support for my anxiety/panic attacks. However over the past couple weeks it has been really obvious that my husband is depressed. His mum has noticed too but when she talked to him about it he said no meds, no counselling. It is all related to the birth of our daughter 5 months ago, she is our 3rd child. Do any of you know where he could access help for male PND? I am trying to deal with my own anxiety etc, and worry that I'm simply not strong enough to deal with his depression as well as looking after our family.
