Acid reflux barium swallow is results are back!

Results show I have a hiatus hernia anyone else have one of these ? If so what do u do to keep the acid at bay how do u manage your symptoms? X

Hiya I don't have this but my dad has since he was 20 and my auntie has too although she just had an operation to sort it out , he says the best thing is to find out what foods and drinks set it off if you can avoid them it will be a lot better x
