In so much pain backache !

Hiya everyone , im experiencing some really bad back pain at the moment it hurts to breathe in feels like it needs to crack but I can't do it I'm literally having to crack it 10 or 20 times a day and the docs just keep giving me painkillers whih I don't want to keep taking ! Any advice of what to do next ?x:(

I would find a good physiotherapist, I have been going to see one and he has worked wonders. A felt a huge difference just from the first session.

Okay I think in going to have to its really starting to make me grumpy ! I have no clu but what do they actually do ? Lol is it like a chiropractor ? I don't know anything about his kind of thing x

The physio I see does manipulation techniques and is really good. What part of the country do you live?
