Natracalm anyone???

Hi
decided to give up on what docs have prescibed as it didn't work, i suffer from panic disorder and mild argophobia, so spoke to the pharmist and they recommended natracalm so just wondering if any one has used this med
i have brought them but have not taken any as i have not suffered any anixety for the last few days which is strange especially for me lol
Just would like to hear what others have to say about the meds

If you haven't had any anxiety for a few days, then it's probably best to stay on what you were on, unless your doctor told you to come off them?

I am not on anything at the moment as i told doc i wanted to try and help my self, the doc seemed fine with this, but told me to try herbal etc

Oh I see. :) I think it's worth a try. I haven't used it myself - but I have used Rescue Remedy and Kalms (the lemon balm ones). I think they can be useful for mild anxiety.
