Propranalol 80mg side effect question

Hello,

I have been on 80mg Propranolol for 3 nearly 4 years now, and recently have notice i've been feeling extremely tired even after a good nights sleep. I feel dazed and sluggish all day.

Could the medication have anything to do with this?

I have also changed my diet in the past two weeks not sure if this will be doing anything. I've stopped eating/buying ready meals completely and started eating fresh/cooked food. I still eat a lot of sugary things though...:closedeyes:

The most I ever took was 40 mg and I think a common side effect according to the patient information leaflet is tiredness.

Each time I take it I feel soooooo tired, so yes, I do think the propranolol is to blame for your tiredness.

Speak to your GP if you're concerned because I know how annoying and restrictive tiredness can be.
