inappropriate thoughts

Been getting these lately,mainly about blurting things out in public or asking people really personal questions about sex etc...the thing is they don't really scare me anymore,is this a sign that i don't care what i say or a sign i'm not giving the thoughts any credit ?

Well done you are just putting the thoughts to the side, I have the same thing think I have done things, I use to look around an look at people around me, there not looking at me? I haven't sed anything :P
