Well for the first time in 10 years I'm going on a sunbed. I know the risks re skin cancer and ageing but to be honest I think anxiety and depression are more dangerous to my health at the moment. I remember always being in a great mood after a good dose of UV light so I'm hoping a sensible routine might help lift my mood. And taking the edge off my pasty white skin is frankly a bonus. :)

I'm sure your skin tone is fine just the way it is. :) The long winter can be hard, but try and get as much daylight as possible, even if its just at lunchtimes. This should help lift your mood a bit. Or you could try using one of those SAD lights in the evenings, hope this helps.
