a quick rundown on my history

started having panic disorder in 1997 when a family member died, was housebound due to agoraphobia for 1 year

gradually returned to work and coped with the weekly symptoms

havent been to bad for ages, maybe 1 a month or less

but this week since thursdayi felt awful but managed to help a friend move house friday good but back to awful sat, sun, mon. yesterday ok and managed to go out but today this is what i have

have eaten breakfast and dinner with some biscuit snacks

i smoke between 20 and 40 a day and do drink regularly

symptoms this week

lump and pulse in throat
neck pain
dry mouth, constant thirst
constant burping
some pain in shoulders
upper and lower back pain
excruciating upper right/middle abdominal pain
toothache all over
chin pain
BP is 152/96 pulse was 80
urinating frequently
dirrohea/constipation
shaking
fearing im having a heart attack (see previous posts)

medication i take is omeprazole, vitamin B complan and kalms and occasionally ibroprofen

had ecg in oct 2010 and all fine

had full blood tests done in dec 2012 and doctor said lungs etc all fine, cholesterol 5,6 which is average in uk and high red blood cells

so please help me as im home alone right now as hubby working , no credit in phone and fear im having a heart attack

was fine am and now aches pains etc came on at 330

I would say, try and eat about 5 small meals a day, to stop your blood sugar levels rising and falling too much, this can increase anxiety.
Alcohol, even small amounts, will cause withdrawal symptoms = anxiety.
Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet.
Pains in your back chest, etc. could be referred pain caused by stomach problems.
It is unlikely that you are having a heart attack, more likely panic attack, if in any doubt see your doctor......

i mean would symptoms last so long if it was my heart

eating smaller meals but not much difference
