Well I have been on lyrica for about 5 months now, put on loads of weight, but felt a lot better. Unfortunately I can't cope with the weight gain, feel so disgusting so decided to come off lyrica. 3 days without and the anxiety has resurfaced, I feel so scared of everything again. I really don't want to start the lyrica again as prior to this anxiety starting bad last September I had worked so hard to lose 5stone, I am just disgusting again now, really don't like myself. Does anyone else feel like this, any advice would be appreciated :weep:
