Constant nausea.... Can this be IBS?

Hi i suffer with IBS-C but lately I've been suffering with nausea it started a few days back I got the feeling I needed a bowel-movement and that's when nausea started just above belly button right in center ( about 2fingers just above belly button) and even when I have a BM I've still got nausea it also gives me a weird light headed/ nausea feeling it just won't go.... Can this be just my IBS or something more,??

Yea get it at times wen anxious but this is just sitting above belly button worse wen I feel I need a BM :(

Actually feels like I need to burp at times wen I rub it I sometimes burp but other times I can't burp

I get nausea when I need a BM too..I guess it is all part of IBS. I am the same with burping sometimes I feel like I really need to but can't. I use baby gripe water..it helps to relieve it x

Ohhh am going morrisons soon myt pick some up cos it's just a little knot above belly button like I need to burp but I cant
