Always worried about heart!!!

Even after all heart tests I'm still worried about any form of exercise. But tonight I'm off to play bsdminton. I'm sick of this ruining my life. Also i have charity football match monday. First game in 3 years :/ soooo nervous but it needs to be done. Any encouragement welcome. Wish me luck x

I have been in that same circle. Worrying about my heart but I promised myself and family and also my doctor if my last test cameback ok I would stop and my echocardiogram was all clear so I have stopped I know my anxiety is not heart related so I have to get a grip.

You play you charity match and raise a few quid and good on you.

Badminton went well. Full hour amd 15 and only checked pulse once. Dreading football though. Everyone watching and it's a lot more high tempo then badminton. But thanks for support lads. Means a lot. X
