I don't really know what to say but you don't join a forum like this without needing some help.....
I began having panic attacks in April but did not know what they were. This was triggered by medical problems since resolved.
At the end of May I had the scariest P/attack. And after a long fight began taking Citalopram tablets in July which have helped.
I will be posting for advice on the boards but wanted to say hello first.
