Is this acid reflux?

I've never had it before so im unsure? I was asleep last night and all of a sudden I woke up and my throat was burning! it was awful! I thought i was going to be sick! it was like someone had a match in there!

Is this acid?

P.S im not worried about this, I just wanted to know if thats what it was :) xx

Definitely sounds like acid reflux, I get it regularly and it is usually worse when lying down.

I had the exact same thing happened to me last night, it's acid. I hope this helps.
