head symptoms

Wondered if anyone has same symptoms as me. Dizzy/lightheaded. 24/7
Hissing in ear and pulsating in back of head .I'm.worried its brain tumour .. Also docs think I habe cfs . So worried about that. As well

Omg I was,thinking b12 did u have ur levels,tested . Mine is 327 gps say fine,but I think its too low.
How,long dud it take,your b12 to start working.

Yes me but you know I have cfs/m.e. I am having a brain ct scan in 2 weeks and abdominal scan next Friday.

Have a look on Phoenix rising Amanda. There's all kinds of info on vit b12 but methylcobalamin and methylfolate are supposed to be better than ordinary vit b12 that you get in standard muli vitamins. There's a full forum on it but it's a bit complicated for me, talking about the methylation cycle being blocked in people with m.e/cfs.
