I started on these in jan and had a few upseting side affects but now just get up have breakfast and sit on the laptop still in pjs , I don't take my dog for a walk but do have a large garden but still feel guility , I only go out for shopping if needed, I do go to the gym with my daughter twice a week but I go for a quick swim and sit in the jacuzzi while she does her stuff .
I am on 50mg but doctor said take 100mg if I feel I need it ,I feel very low and have a sleep in the afternoons some days .
would this improve if I increased meds .
