Bizarre Feeling

Has anybody experienced this??. I was about to get some sleep and everything just suddenly went strange my eyes wont stay still and I feel like my inner self like my soul is wanting to escape if that makes sence, I can't really explain it :-(. I'm all tingly and feel spacey a very strange feeling that I haven't had with my anxiety before. Its really weird as if im levitating.
Lets hope i can get some blasted sleep or else I'm not going to have a good Sunday :-(.

I often have very strange sensations when falling asleep. I used to be scared of them and wake up, but now I just think yay I'm falling asleep!
