Ear worrys

Has anybody ever had it where they get this weird vibrating feeling in there ear? Hate things like this and I'm really worrying any advice? Thanks :)

I have and I went to the doctor about it. He said it is anxiety. When you are anxious your blood pumps round faster and can cause noises in your ears, I would describe it as a pulsating sound. I have noticed since that the more anxious I get, the worse the noise gets.
