Hello i'm mark from essex, lifelong member of the anxiety/depression club.
Currently trying CBT again and looking to try volunteering since i've been out of work for nearly five years now.

hi mark im from essex to and im currently waiting to hear if and when i can get some cbt from west essex mind dont know how long i will have to wait

this is a brilliant site and has helped me imensly in the few weeks i have been here and there are lovely people on here :)

Hello frosty

I met mid essex mental health team and they simply sent me back to my doctor so i got referred to IAPT and they are doing my CBT.
Hope you hear something soon about your CBT,i waited about 5 months so be patient and thanks :)
