well i had my hypnotherapy last thursday and have had a strange few days ive had no swelling in my face ive been able to swallow normally no breast pain .i still have this mouth lump but its smaller than it was or maybe my mind has stopped over exaggerating like normal .for the first time in years i can touch my own neck and my head feels alot clearer .im at the doctors Friday to get a few things checked normally id be panicking but in not i feel better than i have in years allthough i am needing alot of sleep which is apparently normal as my heads been such a mess i haven't slept properly for 5 years fingers crossed this feeling lasts x
