I managed to get few hours sleep, but woke feeling
bit shakey, I ended up taking 2 mg Valium at 6am was shaking so bad
been doing so well since January, then this....but have to try stay positive

Glad you managed to get some sleep :) I'm also going through a shaky thing at the moment, seems to be my stomach trembling, well that's what it feels like. I hadn't thought of valium, but I'm going to try it tonight if I'm still like this - good idea, thanks!

We do have to stay positive, and not let the worry bother us, but it's far easier said than done, especially when you're having new symptoms.

I hope you have a better, calmer, night tonight. :)
