my face on my left side feels tingly and warm and also shooting pain up back left of neck, face not drooped or anything (feels like ive bitten my cheek but not) pulse 80 bp 170/97 also tingling in finges

I get a lot of numbness that runs around my jaw and down to my neck. Its like a warm numbing feeling.
