I am 35 years old. I have had a really bad anal fissure for a long time. ( a little over a year). I had two bowel movements in January that contained blood in the toilet and was diagnosed as it being the fissure. Ok that all cleared up, then this month I have had a lot of consitpation and diorreah. I have lately had this pain in my upper left abdomin, its more of a pressure then a pain. I had x rays on it and it all came back good. I also had the Fecal occult test done and that came back negitive for blood and I also had the tumor marker CEA test done and that came back good as well as all my other blood work. I do have high anxiety and do have a touch of cybercondria, but i was wondering if I should be worried this could be cancer. I have a colonoscopy on the 3rd of April. But I am so scared.
