Can Anxiety disorders turn into other mental health problem?

I don't mean general depression, I mean other mental health issues.
Is this a stupid question?

What kind of things are you worried about? Anxiety can't lead to schizophrenia or anything like that. As far as I know it can lead to depression but I'm not aware of any others. I think people with other mental health issues may be more likely to suffer with anxiety or depression but it isn't a cause and effect thing.

Stress can induce a lot of things. Anxiety can't develop into schizophrenia or dementia, because they are psychotic disorder and anxiety is neurological but if you have anxiety it can make you feel like you're losing touch with reality and it can cause you to feel dissociated (depersonalization). Too much anxiety can turn into a panic disorder but anxiety is just what you make it, its in your head.

i had slight general anxiety then had postnatal phscosis and now have health anxiety but anxiety cant turn into anything else i dont think
