Hi Everyone, here is my little introduction..I am female and 53 years old, I have had depression since I was 9 years old. I also suffer severe anxiety and panic attacks and have trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling). I was sexually abused from the ages of 13-16 years old.
I have a diploma in psychology counselling but it's a different story when it comes to treating myself!
I am married with two daughters, I also have 2 dogs, a cat and four chickens. I am originally from NW London but have been living in Australia for 12 years.
