Hi, i'm Ande, i have health anxiety, i have been like it for 9 years this year and it was only last week when visiting another doctor that she actually told me that is what i have, although i have known for years i have never actually been classified as having anything, i am on the list for cbt but i have just had enough now, it's gone on for far to long and it's wasting my life away, i have suffered with it for years now but i am getting to the point where iv'e had enough.:sad:
