Short of breath after eating

Quick post to say that eating or drinking ANYTHING results in me getting a tight chest, back and throat, throat flutters and palpitations. Sometimes I get nausea and an airy feeling in my throat too. I don't think my heart rate is actually raised but I certainly notice it more, mostly in the evening or mid-afternoon. Does this happen to anyone else?*

Yes I get a weird feeling in my throat when I eat, I also notice my heart rate more yet when I actually feel it, it isn't fast at all but I think I convince myself it is fast! X
