Hi there, my names Zoe and well i'm new.
I guess you could say I suffer from anxiety though my mum reckons i'm just being silly, she's a nurse you see. I just get so worried and nervous and think way too ahead that I feel physically sick and yuck! I guess it doesn't help that you have low self-esteem, can't say boo to a goose and really don't like yourself at all.
But yeah hi :D
