hi i'm new here trying to figure ways through anxiety and wondered are others the same

At 40yrs old i've not found the answer but i'm giving it another go with a combination of meds/CBT and soon to give volunteering a try.

Yes t1llsz I am the same. I have had anxiety for some years but have only recently decided to seek help as the panic attacks were becoming so bad. Anyway my Dr has prescribed Beta Blockers today so I am going to give them a try. Good luck with finding a way through.
