Hi just wanted some advice I have had a headache for a few days it's like it is sharp then achy then tight and sometimes burning it is in different places all over my head it's not a bad headache it's just there a bit my neck and back feel a bit tense and my posture is terrible is this tension or something else it's worrying me I also feel a bit sick now and then but no sure if that's cause I am anxious and panicky please help thanks toria x
