Dizzy with ectopic/palpatation reasurance needed

Hi

When i have a strong ectopic/palpatation i tend to feel dizzy it only last for a few seconds but it does scare me. Does Any1 else get it?

Hi Linda,

Yes I do, I think it's because I almost hold my breath as it startles me or frightens me then I feel dizzy and disorientated but it is more than likely hyperventilating that causes this, nothing more sinister.

hi there i get exactly what you describe .its so scary ,my ectopics are really bad at the moment.try and remeber they cant harm you. marcia x
