Random pinching chest

Last night after I had eaten I was going upot my bedroom and I felt a hot pinching feeling close to my left nipple.
This morning when I woke up, I felt the same pain but it was more to the left of my pec.
It's just a sudden pinch which lasts for about 2/3 seconds and then goes.
Feels like if something is biting it, or pulling chest hair tight.

Random chest pains that last only a few seconds are not normaly anything to worry about it could just be indigestion or something called precordial catch syndrome http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Precordial_catch_syndrome and it is nothing to worry about.

It is easy said than done to not worry about it I know as I suffer from chest pains and now after years I'm beginning to come to terms that I'm ok.
