I'm Ana, I'm 19, I have 27 animals, I run my own business.
I suffer from SAD, Severe Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Panic Attacks & Depression.
I'm determined to get better and get my life back, so joined this group for support.
My plan is to set goals each day, eventually I want to be able to leave the house again.
