This website looks wonderful, I think it is really going to help me.
I have anxiety and panic attacks everyday, but on the surface I look ok and in control...hopefully, managing to work 9 to 5 (just) but have been feeling very lonely with my symptoms. I'm very lucky, I have great friends and family but you cant tell them every time you are frightened and scared. :flowers:
