Glomerular filtration

Dear all,

I have been feeling tired last 3 weeks and hence went for a blood test last week.
This evening, I went to check the results.
The GP offices were closed, but the receptionist was available.
He was kind enough to look at the results, and said I need to talk to the GP due to "Glomerular filtration".
He said he does not know what it is, and said only the GP can give the answer.

I googled and seems it has got to do with kidney filtration.

Now I am panicking as to what it is going to be.

Has anyone had an experience with this and what I can expect?
