oh babe what's wrong to get you so upset....silly question I get teary and overwhelmed for no reason sometimes lonely and the mind starts whirling around ! come on babe grab some tissue or a loo roll get yourself a nice hot drink wrap yourself in a blanket take some deep breaths and talk to me. you can Pm me if you like but I want to know why the tears babe x x

honey I can relate you just got diagnosed with lupus and I have just been diagnosed with diabetes as if we didn't have enough on our plates with Aniexty eh ! yep it's scary when you think worse case scenario and I bet your looking at what ifs and thinking about damage to your body ! come on babe I am here to chat and I really can relate sounds like lupus and diabetes have vert similar risks Han x x
