horrible panic attack at work.

Looking for some reassurance.. Past couple weeks been having anxiety, chest pressure, heavy/sore limbs... I was standing in the kitchen at work and out of nowhere my feet/legs felt almost asleep/heavy it felt like I had to drag my feet liked the didn't wantb rto bend. I felt like I was going to faxing an instant panic attack then can. This last as bout 1 minute? Can anxiety do this? Has anybody had anything similar?
