tiny lump inside top of thigh - help?

hi all

Ive had this ages and its tiny but when i squeeze it white cheese type stinking stuff comes out - ewww!

any ideas?

Is it like a blackhead and a little 'worm' comes out? If so I think this is normal and I get them occasionally. If it is a lot of stuff or green etc it may be a little abscess that you may need some antibiotics for (I have one now!). It could also be a trapped hair if near that area and perhaps next time something comes out, put some Savlon or similar on it?
