Hello to you all, hope iv done this right Im 53 years old and have for the last 10 or so years been having panic attacks. I use to be such a confident person but gradually my confidence has been eroded as i get these panic attacks at least once a day Im married, and have been for 32 years, we have 4 children well not kids any more all grow up. I work part time now in a job i enjoy and just want my life back again
