Hello all!
I'm under so much anxiety at the moment.
I don't mean to be so dramatic but everything hurts.
I have some family drama at the moment along with the typical school and work drama and I feel like I can't cope.
I sleep ok for the most part. I get 6-9 hours per night.
Right now, my chest, stomach, back, shoulders, neck arms and legs all hurt. They all crack if I stretch but 10 minutes later, the pain returns.
What's wrong with me?! I'm so scared something bad will happen to me!
