Anyone feel the same way?

Does anyone else feel the way I do?

I feel as though when ever I see the Doctor I'm reassured right after, but because I did research on google before seeing my doctor, I find my self second guessing the Doctor. My HA is ruining my life. I'm not working right now so I have so much FREE time and any sort of pain I am feeling I can't help but worry about it. How does everyone else get this off there minds?


I would love any answers!?

Hi Tinker,
First of all stop Googling. Google is not a doctor and it will only make you worse.
To get my mind off HA I have started playing games, like the games on here, that really help to distract me (especially the word games). Talking on here also helps because the more you read the more you realise you are not alone, there are lots of people on here that are experiencing the exact same things as you are.
Think positive, it really helps.

Thank you Bekzie that was just what I needed! I am stuck in this rut. I'm going to be planing a party that will keep my mind a bit busy.
