I'm currently on the sick from work for agoraphobia / anxiety / panic, have been since around November time, I'm not entitled to SSP as my earnings weren't high enough so I'm currently on ESA, my question is, I have no plans on going back to work, (this isn't me giving up). What benefits would I be entitled to or what would be the best benefit to be on due to my situation.

Regards,

Cam

I think you would be best contacting citizens advice http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/

The one your on at the moment, ESA is the best from what I know. I lost my job and couldn't work due to anxiety/panic attacks and I am only on JSA which is a lot less money than ESA.

Gottagetthroughthis - are you looking for work? Maybe you shouldn't be on JSA If not

If you're not fit to work you should be on ESA, with benefits if you have been working.
Talk to someone at the Job Centre.

What is the support group as I'm not currently able to leave the house due toy issues? DLA is changing to PIP so I might as well wait to look into that
