tight band around head with twiching

hi

I have had this tight band feeling around my head on and off and does not really go it lingers for about 3 days. Sometimes i get like a twitching at the side of my temple like you get in your arm or leg. Or a tickling sensation.


Anybody had this before?

I often feel like I have weight on my head or something is pushing my forehead down and my eye twitches. I'm sure it's just tension doing it. Have you tried getting a massage or doing stretches to see if it goes away?

thanks for your quick reply. I think it is tension had a bit of stressful week!! It does feel the same as when your eye twitches. Very uncomfortable.

This sounds very much like a tension headache which can effect the head, eyes, jaw, neck and shoulders. I've started to do a face massage before bed each night which reduces tension, is great for the complexion and promotes good sleep. Give it a try?
