Weaning off Zopiclone

I am very pleased to find this site. For many years, I have struggled with needing sleeping meds and am trying to get off the current one I am taking, Zopiclone. Right now, I am down to taking half a 5 mg pill and am wondering how to proceed from here. Perhaps I should continue to shave off a tiny bit each night, until I can sleep without out. Any ideas?

Hi; I am currently on Zopiclone also and want to get off them;;; I take 7.5 per nite and want to know a safe way of coming off them;; problem is I only have 7 of them left;; would this be enough for me to wean off them? thanx for any info on this::;
