Kalms sleep tablets - herbal. Any experience?

Hey guys has anybody had any experience with these?
I hate taking something for the first time as I am worried I will have side effects or worse.
Any help?

I too would also be interested in peoples opinions with taking calms ! I actually discussed this with my doctor yesterday ( don't want to take prescribed medicine) she said to give it a try, but because they are not regulated she is not sure about there effectiveness. I just want to take the edge of this anxiety I am having at the moment, palpatations, jittery etc. Xx

Haven't taken them myself but my sister has and she said they were great and she suffered no side effects hope this helps.xx

I have used these in the past and found them very effective. I also recommend them to a lot of my patients who also find them effective...hope this helps :)

Didn't work at all for me, nytol on the other hand knocks me out. I guess herbal works for some and not for others.
