hi all new with esa problems

hi all just thought i would say hello :)

i currently suffer from panic attacks, ocd, and depression on medication etc...

However i went for my esa medical to only be awarded 6 points so i appealed it and got a letter on saturday with a date for april to attend the tribunal then this morning another letter arrives which reads...

we have looked again at our decision
we have looked again at the facts and evidence we used to make our decision . As a result we have changed our decision for the following reasons...
having considered all the available evidence i have determined that you now score at least 15 points in your limited capability for work assessment and as a result your claim for esa can continue ...

just wanting to no what happens now with tribunal and payments etc :S

To me it sounds like you won't be having a tribunal as they have looked at your claim again and decided tht you meet the criteria for ESA. I would ring the DWP to confirm this.
