New symptom!!!

Hi guys,
Ive been having a new symptom today. Its a feeling in the stomach like what you get when your nervious that sinking feeling but my stomach keeps burning up with it!!:scared15:.......Anyone else get this??

Sounds quite standard as an anxiety symptom :) Adrenaline has some strange effects on the body, including inhibiting digestion and that's when your stomach does funny flips and feels odd :)
