Hello all, I am happy to have found this site that has some answers to my issues and thank those who have contributed. I suppose I have titled this thread as I have because I am confused. After lots of medical tests by my super and understanding Doctor, all negative, she has suggested I suffer from Anxiety and mild depression following a minor accident, that had a major effect on my life. ( but temp)
I am starting to feel better after nearly 6 months but I am so confused as to why i simply cannot shake off the physical symptoms of the anxiety when my mind feels much better.
Fed up now, I miss the 'old' me.
